Those extra 5-10 pounds, is the place where your body naturally wants to be – that’s your life. That’s your late night pizza with your man or woman, that Sunday morning brunch, your favorite cheat because you wanted to treat yourself. Those 5-10 pounds are your favorite memories, your unforgettable trips, and your celebrations of life.

Those extra 5-10 pounds are your spontaneity, your freedom, and your love!

 

As I sit reading social media this morning this resonated with me on a personal level cause this is the one question with out hesitation I get asked the most.

 

How do I get rid of the last 5-10 pounds I want to lose?

 

Well, here you go! If you fail to plan, then plan to fail. Having a plan to lose weight is a very critical if you want to be successful. In my years of competitive bodybuilding and coaching I can tell you that when a plan is set and followed you will achieve the result you are looking for. The proof is in the pudding.

Fall back into fitness!

Use the transition of seasons to help get you back on track with your fitness routine!

Now that the temperature out side is nice get out and exercise outside

  • Less humidity
  • UV sun exposure is lower
  • Fewer allergens in the air

Now is the time to set up healthy habits before the holidays arrive. Set goals that are attainable and realistic that you can adhere to during the holidays. Create and Implement a plan that will guide you through the holidays through the new year.

How do I stay motivated?

This is a question that I get at least once a day. This is not a simple answer because it is different for everyone. That being said, one way I stay motivated is by surrounding myself with like minded people. If you do not have people that have similar goals you do then I implore you to go find new friends, co-workers, and if you need to get a coach/ Mentor!
